Ich nehme Andrographis seit Januar täglich, die Menge muss jeder für sich rausfinden, ich bin damit sehr zufrieden, spüre mehr Kraft und Energie, nichtsdestotrotz es reicht nicht alleine nur irgendwelche Nahrungsergänzungsmittel oder Vitamine zu sich nehmen, sondern man sollte seine Ernährung auch umstellen auf weniger Zucker, kleinere Portionen, sich mehr bewegen und seine Gesundheit selbst in die Hand nehmen, dann klappt das wunderbar.
